ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK

It must be recognised that gymnastics is a sport that inherently involves an element of risk. By taking part in a class with PT Coaching Gymnastics In Schools you agree and acknowledge that:

(i) You are aware of the inherent element of risk involved in the sport and you accept responsibility for exposing your child or your children to such inherent risk whilst taking part;

(ii) You will ensure your child complies at all times with the instructions of the coaches particularly with regard to conduct in the gym when using equipment and the wearing of suitable clothing for the activity. As outlined in our club rules.

BRITISH GYMNASTICS MEMBERSHIP

Children are covered by the school insurance.

MISCONDUCT

You understand that the Head Coach may exclude anyone from a particular session and evict anyone from the premises who refuses to comply with these Terms and Conditions or who misconducts themselves in any way or causes damage or annoyance to other persons.

CANCELLATION OF CLASSES & REFUND TERMS

In the unlikely event that PT Coaching cancels a class for reasons out of their control, if possible make up sessions will be offered to the gymnasts. Otherwise payments will be refunded, exceptions for reasons stated below.

* Reasons out of our control include access to hall by the school due to events being run at the school.

If applicable, this refund will either be a bank transfer or a credit on your account when you rebook for the following term.

PLEASE NOTE that where there are adverse weather conditions, all coaches will do their best to get to the club to run the class. It is only in the event that the school closes the hall for safety that sessions will be cancelled.

Please note - once booked PT Coaching do not provide refunds for the remainder of the term if your child chooses not to attend the gymnastics or if you double book to secure a space in the class.

Any refunds agreed by management will incur a 3% transaction fee.

Depending on the circumstances of the refund - an additional admin fee will be taken

This admin fee will be a minimum of £5.

In the instance where parents - double book to secure a space - then a £10 admin fee will be applied.

All refunds are sent to one of the following

The Gocardless account you booked with - via the email address on your booking account

Via our Paypal account to your paypal account - via the email address on your booking account

If you email us before your refund is  sent - then we can email to your back account

all bank account refunds incur a 3% transaction fee.

DATA PROTECTION

The information given by you will be used by us to process any class registration and for attending to you whilst you are at PT Coaching LLP - Gymnastics In Schools. 

All staff will have access to members phone numbers and medical information via the online booking app - Love Gymnastics. Any data that you provide will be held on a computer database protected by 2048-bit SSL encryption (unless you request otherwise in writing) accessible by authorised Club Officers for the purposes of club administration. Your details will be held for the duration of your membership and for a period of twelve months thereafter (unless you request otherwise in writing). The details will not be released to any third party.

SPECIAL NEEDS & MEDICAL INFORMATION

If your child has more specific needs, it is your responsibility to discuss this with a Head Coach in addition to adding this information to the medical form when you book online.

Please ensure if your child has any serious medical issues that you have noted it on the form and made us aware of it.

SICKNESS VIRUS'

Sickness - Vomit and stomach virus' - Please allow 48 hours after a virus before returning to the club.

CONSENT TO PARTAKE

I consent to my son/daughter taking part in gymnastics activities at PT Coaching LLP.

He/she have no undisclosed medical conditions that might endanger him/her self or others. I will inform the Head Coach on arrival of any change to the given medical information. I authorise PT Coaching LLP to approve emergency medical treatment should the need arise.

My Son/Daughter/I will follow the directions of PT Coaching LLP staff at all times and demonstrate a high regard for safety and behaviour. I understand that PT Coaching LLP may exclude any person acting against its interests.

Parents and guardians of students attending classes are required to acknowledge their acceptance of the terms and conditions. By signing up to PT Coaching LLP when re-enrolling for each term, you are taking the responsibility for each gymnast, and accept these terms and conditions.

PT Coaching LLP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with good reason and informing its members via email.
